Burn for at least two hours, or until the wax melts to the edge of the glass, so it burns evenly. Trim the wick before each use and let the candle cool before relighting.

Never leave a lit candle unattended. Keep it on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, pets and children, and store it below 25°C out of direct sunlight.

Luna & Lo. The Label recommend to burn your candle for a minimum of two hours, or until the wax has melted to the edge of the glass. This helps to imprint the candle’s memory and prevent an uneven burn.

Keep your candle burning gently by trimming the wick before each use. A wick that’s too long will smoke and burn faster, while a wick that’s too short won’t burn as well. A beautiful even burn is all about balance.

Let your candle cool before relighting, and (of course) before cutting the end of the wick.

Maintain regular trimming to helps control the amount of melted wax (i.e., fuel) that the candle has access to, which helps limit the amount of soot it creates.

The trimmed wick also helps the candle burn more evenly and prolonging the life of the candle.

Failure to follow instructions could result in fire, hazard or injury. Never move a lit candle. Always keep out of reach of pets and children.

Place the candle on a stable, heat resistant surface. Avoid exposure to drafts. Never leave a lit candle unattended.

Caution: Container may become hot. At the end of combustion, a variable quantity of wax may remain.

Always store candle in a cool dry place below 25°c and away from direct sunlight.

If burning a collection of candles together, position them apart to prevent uneven burning.

We will re-deliver, replace or refund the item (at your option) if we have incorrectly addressed the delivery. We take no such responsibility if you gave an incorrect or insufficient address.

Luna & Lo. The Label want you to have a great experience. We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided products are unused and in resalable condition. Make sure you keep all of the original packing material as this is an important part of our product.

FAULTY ITEMS

Luna & Lo. The Label want you to be happy with your Candles Purchase. If there is any issue with your order please email sarah@lunaandlothelabel.com with information and/or images detailing the issue and someone from our customer service team will be in touch. We offer full refunds or replacements for faulty items. Photos must be supplied.

Please note that due to the limited supply of our products the item that you have purchased may have sold out and a full refund will be supplied.

DELIVERY

Please note we are not responsible for any damage or melting once our candles have been delivered successfully. We take care when delivering, so it's your responsibility after. Do not leave the candles out in the sun directly, or outside for long periods of time.
